Dear Oaklanders, 2021 was a challenging year for so many of our families in so many ways – and a year filled with amazing stories of resilience, gratitude, and hope. We accomplished so much this year: We converted old buildings into new housing for our homeless residents; launched one of the country’s largest guaranteed income pilots to fight poverty; bridged the digital divide by providing more than 25,000 free laptops to unconnected families; made great strides toward building a new waterfront ballpark district and keeping our beloved A’s in Oakland; and we took steps to restore an adequate level of police services while preserving a holistic and comprehensive approach to public safety. Thank you to everyone who works toward a healthier and safer Oakland. When we come together we get great things done!

The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
