“Start Your Day” hosts Sharon Reed and Shannon LaNier talk about the recent arrest of NFL’s Richard Sherman. Home surveillance footage shows Sherman in front of his in-laws’ home, forcibly trying to open the front door.
A released 911 call of Sherman’s wife was released, where you can hear her ask the dispatcher to send police to her home.
“He’s known for giving back and for trying to help other people,” LaNier says. “I think this is an unfortunate situation that he’s going through.”
Reed and LaNier also criticize the 911 dispatcher’s tone and response to Sherman’s wife.
