Oakland – Last night, Antonio Brown posted a YouTube video of a conversation he had with Oakland Raiders Head Coach Jon Gruden. The legality of the action of recording a private conversation without consent and then posting it aside for the moment (that’s not legal in California), the talk and the fact that Antonio Brown posted the video, could add up to a sea of bad relations between the Raiders and many African American football players.
Watch the video:
In the video, Brown can be heard saying that the question isn’t rather he wants to be a Raider, but do the Oakland Raiders want him to be a Raider? This was after the Oakland Raiders fined him $215,000 and of that $125,000 from the Mike Mayock incident.
And Brown posted this on Instagram just when he added the YouTube video:
With all these false narratives antagonizing me, it’s time for me to control my own narrative. Show the world I’m not the bad guy. Show the world you can free yourself from the lies and become your own person. I am not just AB the football player, I am Antonio Brown, the person, who paved a way for himself to be in charge of his own life. Watch for yourself. Link in bio. Free me!
Then, Oakland Raiders Cornerback Galeon Conley wrote this on Instagram:
Gotta play the game yeah but why do we have to play the game” I respect you.
Stay tuned.
