Right across the street from Pinewood studios, home of the Avenger, Marvel and so many more movies, lies Pinewood Forest. Although it is not necessarily its own town, since it is a part of Fayetteville, GA, it is a village concept. It aims to be completely self contained, with retail, restaurants, boutique hotel, coworking space, performing arts center, wellness center, an innovative micro school, 51% green space and 1300 front doors.
