Hoops20 is Malcolm Brogdon and Chris Long’s effort to provide clean water to East Africa. After The Milwaukee Bucs beat the Toronto Raptors in NBA Eastern Conference Finals Game 2, 125-103, Brogdon joined the NBA On TNT Panel. After the talk about the game, NBA Legend Charles Barkley asked about and then pledged 45K to Hoops20. Brogdon said that the well created would be named after Barkley.
Then, Barkley suggested that another well be named for fellow NBA Legend Kenny Smith, but called “cheapskate”.
