Oakland, CA – Today, City Of Oakland Planning & Building Department released the official Draft Specific Plan for Downtown Oakland along with the Draft Environmental Impact (EIR) Report for public review. There is a 45-day public comment period for both documents, closing on October 15.
The Oakland community is encouraged to join upcoming public meetings to learn more about the Plan’s goals to guide development and implementation for the vitality and equitable development of Downtown, ask questions of the City Of Oakland Planning team, and offer comments for consideration.
