San Francisco – City of Oakland vs. Oakland Raiders, NFL Lawsuit update news.
The lawyers representing the Oakland Raiders and the 32 teams of the National Football League met with the City of Oakland lawyers and the battery of attorneys joining them and led by NFL Antitrust Lawyer James Quinn of Berg & Androphy on September 20th, 2019. The group agreed to a new schedule of document due dates leading up to a hearing on March 6, 2020.
The Oakland Raiders lawyers have until October 25th to issue their answer to the new complaint that was filed. Then the City of Oakland has to December 10th 2019 to respond. Then the ball is back in the Raiders court with reply papers due January 10th, 2020. Then, the next hearing date is March 6, 2020.
