While staying in Phoenix for the 2019 NFL Annual Meeting, I had a giant craving for deep-dish pizza. Fortunately, one of my all-time favorite pizza chains, Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria out of Chicago, had four of franchises in the Phoenix area. This one, at Uptown Plaza, was just literally down the street from my hotel. It’s was at 100 E Camelback Rd, and it’s still there today, in 2021.
