Deshaun Watson Lawsuit: Toi Garner Not Massage Therapist Reps Rich Legacy Media, Watson Vid Maker

At OaklandNewsNowBlog.com the lead post (at this time) is called “In Toi Garner v Deshaun Watson Texans Lawsuit Tony Buzbee Massage Therapist Client Appears Fake”, and reveals the following:
Well, he’s done it again. Tony Buzbee has filed yet another lawsuit in the matter of now Cleveland Browns Quarterback Deshaun Watson. But this lawsuit has a giant, glaring flaw. One that could see it bounced from court.
In the 42-page document, Buzbee describes his client named Toi Garner as someone who was a “massage therapy student” when she saw Deshawn Watson. While Tony claims that Toi Garner intended to get her license, the fact is she did not have one. Moreover, a search of the Texas License Database shows that there was never a Toi Garner listed as licensed for anything. In addition, a Google search does not even show. a “Toi Garner” listed as a massage therapy specialist.
Moreover, there’s no listing of a Toi Garner anywhere beyond the media posts from the lawsuits. On Facebook, there are three listings for someone named Toi Garner: one of them is greyed out, the other two have no indication that the person was a flight attendant or a massage therapist. And of them, the latest posting was from 2021, and nothing for this year. In short, other than Tony’s written words in a lawsuit, there’s no way to confirm the true existence of a Toi Garner who has the history displayed in the Buzbee lawsuit.
Such a discrepancy can get Tony’s case bounced from court. Moreover, it follows a pattern that brings back the research about so-called massage therapists who are actually giving consensual sex for money. In point of fact, they’re fake – not listed as massage therapists in the Texas License database. Deshaun Watson Lawsuit “accusers” Erica Chapman, Kaylan Hurrington, Rebecca Nagy, Toi Garner, and Chelcie Bell are not listed licensed Texas massage therapists according to state records; Ashley Solis is. That written, Ms. Solis is not part of the list of settled lawsuits. No reason for this has been publicly shared.
I was tipped off by a visitor to the livestream that there was a profile what the person claimed was a Toi Garner who worked for United Airlines. When I conducted a Google Search, I found as the only reference to “Toi Garner” a “Toi G” on Linkedin (where the Linkedin URL has the full name “ToiGarner”) and who placed as their work places United Airlines from three years ago to present, and Rich Legacy Studios, from March 2018 to present. And where there were a total of 9 videos and of them, two that have Watson’s photo in the thumbnail. They refer to something called The Deshaun Watson Rally Collective as presented in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=affSOq1VyJA
But there’s also a video from October 13th 2019 and of Deshaun Watson’s birthday party. But it’s clear that Rich Legacy Studios does video production and is in no way a massage business. Moreover, this “Toi G”, which we have to believe is “Toi Garner”, works for Rich Legacy Studios. There are a number of women photographed in Watson’s birthday video, is one of them Toi Garner? This Looks Like A Shakedown Of Deshaun Watson
As I wrote earlier, this is starting to look like some kind of shakedown. I am not blaming Tony Buzbee, who may have not been aware of this twist, but it’s far to ask if he was. One thing is clear: Toi Garner, Buzbee’s named plaintiff, is not and was not doing massage according to her Linkedin page, but it’s clear she was working for Rich Legacy Studios and knew Deshaun Watson. Did she change her Linkedin profile name to “Toi G” to throw off anyone doing research on the case?
A search for “toi garner houston” reveals an Instagram account called “Toi J” and says she’s a “mom | degreed | flight attendant sweet like pearland, tx | houston bella”. The woman who calls herself Toi G is Toi Garner, who calls herself “Toi J” on Instagram and has no post pointing to her doing massage therapy, but of her doing modeling.
Here’s a breakdown of which accusers are really licensed massage therapists, and which are not:

And of them, the cases for Ashley Solis and three other women were not settled, and no reason for that outcome was given. Moreover, Tony Buzbee did not say he intended to take up her case in the immediate future. That should lead to more questions, rather than a closed matter.
You Can See This Should Not Lead To A Season-Long Suspension Of Deshaun Watson
Based on this information, how can this case hold up in any court of law? Answer: it can not. It looks like a high-tech lynching of Mr. Deshaun Watson. Mr. Watson is only guilty of hanging with the wrong crowd, one that is clearly trying to pull him down. It’s called The Black Crab Barrel Problem, and it has a long held place and a sad place in Black American History and Culture.
Another problem not sufficiently researched is that while women like Toi Garner have no recorded history of massage or evidence of education at a real school, there are a rash of examples of women who work in what I will call the “personal entertainment” field.
Take Chelcie Bell. Chelcie Bell is listed as the registered agent and owner of DEDE BLUES ENTERTAIMENT INC. DEDE BLUES ENTERTAIMENT INC is called an Arts, Entertainment, and Recreation service. It operates in Atrlanta as “Agents and Managers for Artists, Athletes, Entertainers, and Other Public Figures” under the corporate designation code, and nothing else. There’s an address but no website.
Then just what does the business called DEDE BLUES ENTERTAIMENT INC, do? Perhaps the real story is in the answer to that question for a number of named businesses owned by some of the women named in the Deshaun Watson Lawsuit. The other real story is in the answer to the question did Tony Buzbee actually know these clients were iffy and made them to look like massage therapists?
