While not perfect, this Oakland Raiders Offensive Game Plan did consist of no-huddle offense, pre-shifts, and multiple-launch points for Derek Carr – and it worked. It was a more effective and more fun to watch offense – and the focus of our livestream talk.
One issue with the offense: the passing attack lacks a true set of short passes that call for one-step out of shotgun formations. The kind of approach that the New England Patriots employed in 2007 set the blueprint, but no one has copied it to date.
