Ken Dilanian Says Cuss Words On Air On MSNBC With Craig Melvin – Melvin’s Reaction Is Priceless

Apparently MSNBC reporter Ken Delaney was not ready for his close up. In a routine report on Washington news – this time about the Trump Transition controversy – Ken suddenly said some choice cuss words on air.

Melvin’s reaction was the picture of the consummate professional: “Ah. Okay”.

Later, the pair recovered. Craig Melvin said “We want to try to get back to NBC’s Ken Dilanian with breaking news. We were having technical difficulties a few moments ago. Ken has reporting on how the Trump administration is handling the transition with the Biden team, specifically with our intelligence community. Ken, what have you learned?”

“Hey, Craig. First, I want to sincerely apologize to viewers who may have heard me use profanity at the top of the last hit,” Ken Dilanian said. “What we’re learning today is the potential impact of the resistance of the trump administration to acknowledge the Biden win in the intelligence arena specifically.”

In a tweet on Twitter, Ken Dilanian explained his on-air blooper. “I was experiencing some technical difficulties and mistakenly hung up on the control room, though my mic still was on,” he explained “Perils of playing producer, cameraman and tech support all at the same time from home.”

MSNBC’s Craig Melvin Is The Consummate Professional

I had the pleasure of meeting Craig Melvin at Super Bowl Radio Row during Super Bowl 53 in Atlanta, last year. Here’s that encounter:

Let’s hope Ken Dilanian’s day gets better.

Note from Zennie62Media’s Zennie62 YouTube and Oakland News Now Today Blog SF Bay Area: this video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”. The uploaded video is from a vlogger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, then uploaded to and formatted automatically at the Oakland News Now site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, news is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
