No report on who the person is or how they contracted the virus at this point in time. But the person who had it is at Southern Nevada Health District, the address of which is 280 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107, thus making that person with COVID-19 a “Las Vegas” patient.
And the press conference explained that the patient is “a Clark County man who is in his 50s and has an underlying health condition.” As to the patient’s exact location, the Nevada Independent reported that Rep. Steven Horsford, was briefed by the White House on Wednesday night and the VA on Thursday, said the patient is being treated either at the VA hospital in North Las Vegas or the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center inside Nellis Air Force Base. The Nevada Independent‘s Megan Messerly added that the facilities lie within Horsford’s district.
