The Laurel Street Fair, which takes up all of Mac Arthur Blvd from 35th Avenue to just before High Street, is going on right now.
It’s a lot of fun, this community event, and a great place to connect with the heart of Oakland – especially if you’re running for office, or seeking re-election.
Such is the case for Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. The Mayor held her “talk to the Mayor” session earlier today.
