Le Bron James and the LA Lakers beat The Golden State Warriors in a meaningless pre-season game 123 to 113 in Las Vegas, last night.
If anyone can say we learned anything from this contest, it’s, well, nothing. First, we know Le Bron James will make other LA Lakers play better, and he did. Second, we know that Le Bron James wants to beat the Golden State Warriors with the West Coast version of “his team”, and he did. Third, we know that a Le Bron James-led LA Lakers team versus the Golden State Warriors will draw people to both Oracle Arena and Staples Center.
Ok. Check.
What we do not know, is can Le Bron James and the LA Lakers beat Golden State at Oracle Arena?
Then, there’s the promise we did not know of: Damian Jones.
Damian Jones is the Golden State Warriors 7-foot tall, third-year center. He scored seven points, had no rebounds, but the numbers don’t tell the story. His court movement does. Take a look at this dunk off a feed from Kevin Durant:

If he keeps getting into position and maintains that cat-quick movement, Damian Jones is going to give a lot of Warriors opponents problems this NBA Season.
Stay tuned.
