It’s rare that Mayor Schaaf and I agree on ANYTHING! But, this morning on a “Live” interview locally, Mayor Schaaf said she wasn’t behind asking to use the Alameda County Fairgrounds to house the Homeless during the upcoming Winter. And that she did NOT support that request. The request came via the Oakland City Council members, and not the Mayor’s Office. THANK YOU LIBBY!
We have all of the answers within our own city borders to resolve this Crisis. Mayor Schaaf & Oakland’s City Council just needs to take “Positive” action with the many successful Model solutions available, and with little cost of any.
