After 10 days of competition at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, the U.S. Track and Field Olympic team is set. Team USA will be represented by both veterans and first-timers, from five-time Olympian Allyson Felix to new national sensation Sha’Carri Richardson to 17-year-old pro Erriyon Knighton.
On the flip side, several runners expected to make the team, such as 2019 800-meter world champion Donovan Brazier, missed the team, and are feeling the heartbreak.
