The Houston Texans Quarterback Deshaun Watson may be the focus of a classic shakedown civil lawsuit on the party of Tony Buzbee – or so claims a famed Oakland, California, Stanford and California-trained lawyer, as told to Zennie62Media.
Tony Buzbee, Managing Partner of The Buzbee Law Firm , a Texas personal injury law practice, held a press conference on Friday, March 19, 2021 to present its case against Texans Quarterback Deshaun Watson. Buzbee came with two female legal assistants, and had one spend just over six minutes reading the most salacious parts of several “Jane Doe” lawsuits filed on behalf of what Buzbee asserts are women who were massage therapists for Watson.
(Why Mr. Buzbee would offer the image of a woman with long blond hair reading what amounts to porn out loud as part of the Deshaun Watson lawsuit is open to question, but that’s what he did. Look.)
In Oakland News Now’s coverage of this matter of the lawsuit against Deshaun Watson, it has been noted that The Buzbee Law Firm was accused of structuring cases with “fake clients” – where the firm would use the names of people who, during the deposition phase, were revealed to not even know their name was involved in the case or about the dispute itself.
Well, not surprisingly in retrospect, Tony Buzbee’s press conference has more examples of fake claims – this time pointed out by the Houston Police Department, and on Twitter.
Tony Buzbee said he had up to 22 women who “reached out” and has a smaller set “under contract” (the terms of the contract were not disclosed). He then said that one Houston Police-related “friend, or I think he’s a friend”, reached out to him.
In response, The Houston Police Department released this statement on Twitter:
At this time, HPD is unaware of any contact between HPD and Houston attorney Tony Buzbee regarding the allegations contained in his recently filed lawsuits and no incident reports regarding these allegations have been filed in our jurisdiction.

Ouch.
In other words, the Houston Police Department went out of its way to denounce Tony Buzbee’s claims that anyone representing the organization “reached out” to him.
Oakland Lawyer Clinton Killian Thinks Tony Buzbee’s Lawsuit Against Deshaun Watson Was Paid For By The Houston Texans
As mentioned earlier, I contacted my long-time friend, Oakland Lawyer Clinton Killian, of The Law Office of Clinton Killian, as part of this video-blog post.Clinton is a noted real estate and probate attorney who has a long Oakland history in business and politics.
He said that filing the kind of “Jane Doe” lawsuit Buzbee was working on in Texas was illegal in California. He also said that it was suspicious that Buzbee would file several separate lawsuits, rather than one big one, and said the reason Tony did it that way was for a layperson or the media to say “wow, that’s a lot of lawsuits,” when the entire case, including each plaintiff claim, may be baseless.
In other words, Tony Buzbee is trying to scare Watson into paying what the former Clemson Quarterback said was a “six-figure” sum.
Finally, Mr. Killian said “What I think this looks like is The Houston Texans are saying “Hey, look n-word, you think you can just leave? We’re telling you to stay, boy.” If that’s the case, it’s a terribly racist image for the Houston Texans to allow its collective self to be attached to. It could also harm the entire NFL unless the league distances itself from the still-relatively-new-expansion-team’s actions.

This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. What we call “The Third Wave of Media”. The uploaded video is from a vlogger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, then uploaded to and formatted automatically at the Oakland News Now site and Zennie62-created and owned social media pages. The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, news is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
