For the past two nights, this man has appeared in our backyard and been creeping around the side of our first floor apartment. On night one he stood at our kitchen window and stared in for 3 minutes. The blinds and window were completely closed but the light was on. Our neighbor’s security camera caught the footage. He then proceeded to walk down the walkway to Harrison street and left. The same thing happened again last night, though a sensor light that we left on seemed to deter him. I have reported this information to the police.
