Oakland News Now – How do you think the Oakland Raiders will do with Jon Gruden at the helm of the organization for at least the 2018 NFL Season? That’s the question I asked Zennie62 on YouTube fans I met at the Oakland Art & Soul Festival on Saturday.
What shocked me was one man said the Raiders would do no better than .500 or 8 and 8. Eight wins and eight losses. Of course, some, like ESPN’s Colin Cowherd, had the Raiders finishing dead last in the AFC for the 2018 NFL Season. (By contrast, the other Zennie62 fan in the video predicted the San Francisco 49ers would win the Super Bowl in Atlanta!)
Personally, I think the Raiders will finish at 10 Wins and 6 losses. The offense will be different and Bill Walsh-based – you can see that in the practice videos.
Moreover with all of that talent on defense and under a new single gap scheme, they will be better than the six and ten of 2017. But the Raiders better Sign Khalil Mack, or this prediction is going to go down to 9 and 7.
