After a meeting that lasted 30 minutes, Oakland Alameda County Joint Powers Authority Executive Director Scott McKibben told the media that “due to an issue that was brought up by the Oakland Raiders, there is no deal unless it can be resolved.”
Mr. McKibben did not say what the problem was.
