Why did I use the title “Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf’s Budget Summit That Few Saw”, because it’s true. And one reason is the title that just reads “budget summit”. How the hell is anyone expected to see the Oakland Mayor’s Budget Summit in search, with just “budget summit” in the title – especially if few know the Mayor has a YouTube channel. Wow.
The giant degree of lack of understanding of what online content is, and now to make it seen by an audience never stop amazing me.
