There is no reason Oakland can’t have its own NBA Team after the Warriors leave. No, not a team it owns, but a team with the name “ Oakland” in it. Oakland’s capable of doing it, but has to lose the looser mentality reflected by these officers, one of them an Oakland Police Officer.
The kind of can’t do mentality he expressed is akin to what I had to deal with in trying to bring the Super Bowl to Oakland in 1999-2001. We lost to Jacksonville for the 2005 Game.
