Oracle Arena Fireworks Oakland Celebrates 2018 NBA Champion Golden State Warriors

If you drove by Oracle Arena and had no idea the Warriors won the 2018 NBA Finals, you would probably have thought World War III was breaking out with all of the fireworks there. That was just one of a nunber of ways Oakland celebrated and partied the win in four games over Le Bron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

And let’s not forget the Warriors started the party early…

And Klay Thomson “just Googled hisself. It say three-time NBA Champion, already. That’s dope!,” said Draymond Green. (And after calling Klay “Kunta”, as in Kunta Kinte from the TV show “Roots”

And here’s Klay Thompson, again, saying that he’s looking forward to the parade on Tuesday, and “can’t wait to get back to the Bay”, as Warriors players yell “The Baaaayyyy” in the background of the noisy lockerroom.

And here’s Steph Curry with a cigar asking “How does it look like I’m living?” Three-time Champ! Dealing with a great group! Back to back!”

And Warriors fans watched Golden State win. Some dressed in fancy ways and with a luxurious-looking cocktail.

Meanwhile some other groups took their party to the streets and freeways. This sideshow stopped traffic on the I-880 Nimitz Freeway in Oakland:

And, of course, Golden State Warriors fans who watched the NBA Finals at Oracle Arena would go off to what’s become the team fan anthem Mac Dre’s “I’m Feeling Myself”.
