This has happened before. The Oakland Unified School District has sent a press release for a press conference just at the time the event was to start, rather than ahead of time, like at least two hours.

The question is why?

It would seem other media are getting the news of the event to answer questions about the OUSD agreement with the Oakland Education Association with ample time to respond to it. Otherwise no press conference.

As I mentioned this has happened before. This marks the first time I elected to make the issue public. I have asked why this happens before and not received an answer. Zennie62Media is the only black-owned tech based media company that focuses on Oakland. And our system has effectively helped OUSD report news.
