Sandra Bland’s Own Video Shows 2015 Brian Encinia Traffic Stop Was Abusive

New video shows the late Sandra Bland should have never been stopped.

A newly released video obtained after investigative work via the Investigative Network and WFAA-TV Dallas, shows that there was another video related to the traffic stop and death of Sandra Bland July 2015 on the part of Texas State Trooper Brian Encinia. Here’s that video..

The new Sandra Bland video is shocking because it points to the appearance of a cover-up on the part of Texas Department of Public Safety Officials. Prior to the video, today, Texas law enforcement claimed there was only one video of what happened: the one from Brian Encinia’s dash cam in his police car.

Now, Texas DPS says this in a statement: “The premise that the video was not produced as a part of the discovery process is wrong.A hard drive containing copies of 820 Gigabytes of data compiled by DPS from its investigation, including the dashcam videos, jail video footage and data from Sandra Bland’s cell phone, was part of discovery.”

That statement raises more questions because Sandra Bland’s video was never presented to the public.

The new Sandra Bland video further backs this vlogger’s claim then that Trooper Encinia pursued Sandra Bland from a distance (he was going in the opposite direction), and then once behind her used his car to intimidate her, and then stopped her for a made-up claim of a false lane change – something that he caused by driving up close behind her. Here’s the video:

This case should be reopened and now-former Texas State Trooper Brian Encinia should be the focus of a long jail sentence.

Stay tuned.
