OAKLAND, CA – As we head into mid-September, Oakland City Council District 4 candidate, SHENG THAO, gains regional Mayoral support from Berkeley Mayor Jesse Arreguin, Fremont Mayor Lily Mei, Milpitas Mayor Rich Tran, and former San Pablo Mayor, Kathy Chao Rothberg.
