Atlanta has America’s first VR Bar and it’s called Revery. That means it’s the first VR Bar to be the scene of a shooting at a VR Bar.
According to Channel 11 News Atlanta, the shooting happened around 2 am at the establishment. Since many dancers were experiencing their own virtual World, they could not hear the real world altercation that took place.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that a 23-year-old man was shot several times by a single shooter, but was involved in a dispute with “several other males at the bar.”
