OAKLAND, CA – Oakland City Council District 4 candidate, SHENG THAO, continues to secure big endorsements, including from Sierra Club and the Harvey Milk Democratic Club, becoming the only candidate to receive the endorsements of the environmental organization and any LGBTQ club in her race.
