A person named Linda Alvardo reached out to me presenting herself as concerned that an OaklandNewsNow.com post about Ayesha Curry’s Sweet July Cafe at 455 23rd Street in Downtown Oakland and across from Oakland City Hall did not have a website link.

Suspicious, I searched her name and email address and saw a post reporting a similar request by the same name. Moreover I cannot find a search result confirming the existence of that person as connected with Curry. But the post reports that person as doing the same trick in Florida and called out for it.

The website Restaurantji.com is just an affiliate marketing site with links to Doordash.

Just shows how bad the economy really is such that some people have to resort to hidden-ball-trick online marketing.
