ONN – The Oakland Community Health Initiative proposes to register Facilitators and Participants engaged in healing practices with psychedelics. The Initiative would provide certain protections for registrants, including having the City defend people prosecuted if they are following City Guidelines. This article reviews the initial draft of the Initiative and assesses its provisions in terms of clarity and substantive impact on the community.
