Tonight’s Special OUSD Board of Education Meeting Scheduled to be Virtual; Instructions on How to Watch and Participate Included
Oakland, CA — The OUSD Board of Education is holding a special virtual meeting tonight that all can watch online, during which Superintendent Kyla Johnson-Trammell will give an update on the COVID-19 situation. The Board is scheduled to vote on a resolution to declare a state of emergency because of the COVID-19 pandemic. You can continue to livestream the meeting through the normal process on our website, ousd.org. You can also join via Zoom by clicking here (note this link is unique to the specific meeting). Specific directions on how to participate in the meeting are located on page three of the posted agenda. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.
