Wanda Johnson calls for officer accountability 12 years after her son, Oscar Grant, was killed at the Fruitvale BART station. Her primary issue is with BART Police Officer Anthony Pirone. It was Officer Pirone who kicked Oscar in the head while he was on the floor of the Fruitvale BART Station Platform on the 2009 New Year’s Day night Oscar Grant was murdered by BART Police Officer Johannes Mehserle. Ms. Johnson also speculates on what her son, who was born in 1986, would be doing today if his life hadn’t been cut short on 1/1/2009.
