“We the People” to Kick Off the Democratic National Convention

Everyday Americans set the stage in a new video produced by HardPin Media

MILWAUKEE—Tonight, the 2020 Democratic National Convention was officially called to order with some of America’s most impactful community leaders reading the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution, in a new video titled “We the People.”

From Khizr Khan to Megan Rapinoe to Dolores Huerta, the voices in the video set up the theme of the first night of convention programming, “We the People.” Interspersed are powerful images of everyday Americans who have come together over the past four years to mobilize their communities amidst Donald Trump’s chaos and crises.
