In a move you don’t see every day, Whoopi Goldberg is on the receiving end of backlash after saying the holocaust was about inhumanity instead of race.
Goldberg has since apologized for the “hurt” she caused and clarified that she should have said it was about both. In an appearance on “Stephen Colbert’s SHOW,” Goldberg said, “As a Black person, I think of race as being something that I can see.” Mike Hill and Najahe Sherman discuss Goldberg’s comments and the subsequent controversy on “Start Your Day.”
