Quibi Didn’t Work because it was based on the idea that everyone wants to see Hollywood Stars, regardless. Plus, I never saw Quibi as a tech play because it wasn’t something I could use to make content. But, it also did not rest on a library of classic titles I want to see; Disney+ does.
