Ok the news is all over about “Man Of Steel 2“, San Diego Comic Con, and being “back on track” and then the legendary Lawrence Fishburn says he’s not sure if DC Entertainment will ask him to be in the sequel to the blockbuster Man Of Steel.
Meanwhile, Henry Cavill, who stars as Superman in the Zack Snider / DC Entertainment World, had contract issues after the whole movie was said to be “back on track” in 2016. Then, a cryptic photo poster pops up on Twitter and asks will DC preview “Man Of Steel 2”? Well, it’s clear that something is up in the “Man Of Steel 2” World, but what is it?
Well, on that, Ms. Cavill did say this to Collider’s Steve Weintraub at Cinema Con in Las Vegas, in April:
“I’m having a lot of conversations, behind-the-scenes, with certain people and we will hopefully be having conversations with other people who are also behind-the-scenes to make things start happening. It is very much in my desire to do a Man of Steel 2, a direct sequel to Man of Steel, and there is a whole bunch of Superman story that I want to tell. There is a whole style of Superman’s character that I’m very keen to tell and I’m looking forward to the opportunity.”
And in video form:
So, given that was in April, it’s hard to see that DC would have a Man of Steel 2 presentation at San Diego Comic Con 2018.
But Oakland News Now will keep its collective eyes pealed for news on Man of Steel 2.
Stay tuned.
