ZENNIE62MEDIA, Inc., (ZENNIE62MEDIA.com) the Delaware C-Corporation started by me, Zennie Abraham, and based on his network of blogs, social media platforms, the legendary Zennie62 YouTube Channel, and the flagship blogs Oakland News Now Blog and Oakland News Online, is enjoying its third year as a Delaware C-Corporation in good standing.
We’re still well in the mode of seeking investors in our seed round, but did manage to raise $100,000 after the firm was born on December 12th, 2019. What ZENNIE62MEDIA, Inc does is make content for news and for clients using a unique smartphone / blog network. The idea is to make the smartphone the producer of the content and for the network to release that content.
We have a number of projects in progress: the improvement of our flagship blog Oakland News Now Blog is number one. Securing new client partners. Reconnecting our older blogs with our new ones. And developing a technical approach that, at this point, I prefer to keep secret. But, when it’s rolled out, it will change the face of media.

The main task is to take care of the people who comprise ZENNIE62MEDIA, Inc. Our family of video-bloggers has grown with us, and some have been with me long before the firm started. They are also stock-holders and deserve to see this firm grow to its potential.
ZENNIE62MEDIA: To SPAC or Not To SPAC? To Public Benefit Corporation Or Not?
In the evolution of ZENNIE62MEDIA, our DNA is such that we have to be more than aware of the changing media landscape, we have to adjust to it. One way of doing this is possibility turning ZENNIE62MEDIA into a SPAC or Special Purpose Acquisition Company. The reason is to acquire media technologies that fit with our overall mission of fiscally-efficient news and content distribution. Another related, possible, adjustment would be making the firm, in addition to a SPAC, a Public Benefit Corporation. The reason for that is we’re in the news business, and take that aspect of what we do very seriously, even if our way is non-traditional.
I am proud that ZENNIE62MEDIA is a black-owned media tech company startup in its third year in good standing as a Delaware Corporation. Stay tuned for more as we move forward and draw investors.
